EUDIW

A European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDIW) is a secure digital application planned by the EU to allow citizens, residents, and businesses to store and manage their personal identification information and credentials electronically. The wallet will enable users to authenticate their identity and access a wide range of public and private services across the EU, such as e-government, banking, and healthcare, with ease and security. The wallet is designed to comply with EU regulations on data protection and privacy, ensuring that users have full control over their data (eIDAS 2.0). It supports cross-border interoperability, making it possible for individuals and businesses to engage in seamless digital transactions throughout the EU.
